File Clerk - (Mcallen)
Rio Grande Regional Hospital is seeking a File Clerk to join the team! The File Clerk is responsible for the retrieving and filing of paper patient records, retrieving and reconciling medical records, copying medical records, and processing of loose reports.
The File Clerk is responsible for scanning and indexing late documentation received in the HIM department.
1 year experience in an office environment preferred, previous experience in the handling of patient health information and/or medical records is preferred of our File Clerks.
