Assistant Store Manager Trainee - (Mcallen)
The Assistant Manager Trainees are responsible in assisting the manager and assistant manager with various duties of full and part time clerks while learning about management functions.
Assistant Manager Trainees are year-round, full time (35
hours/week) employees.
They have the full ability to open and/or close a retail store.
Assistant Manager Trainees are eligible for all insurance, sick days, and vacation benefits.
This position is is generally for those who wish to progress up to management.
Qualifications 21 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; Must possess a minimum of one (1) year management experience pertaining to retail, sales, or customer service; Ability to lift 50 lbs.
