Yes Responsibilities & Duties:
Responsible for sales and marketing of growing media products in the United States:
Sales- responsible for the sale and supply of products, customer service and the collection of payments, throughout the aforementioned territory.
Marketing - analysis and study of the market in the aforementioned territory, including the market potential, the competition, business partners and more.
Responsible for formulating marketing policies, planning and projecting company activities in the United States.
Recruiting, training and managing distributors in the aforementioned territory.
Requirements:
At least two years' experience of experience in sales and marketing, in the field of agricultural supplies (growing media, fertilizers, agro- chemicals or dripping systems).
Basic knowledge of fundamentals of Hydroponics culture (pH, EC, Fertigation) Bachelor's Degree or similar qualifications in Agricultural/Soil science is highly desirable.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Initiative and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Miscellaneous:
Directly subordinate to the GM of the company.
The position requires a great amount of traveling - 60%.
