DIR NURSING HRL Emergency Department - Tenet Healthcare (Harlingen, TX)
Description :
The Director has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for the clinical, financial, and personnel management of a patient care unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.
He/she leads the unit in a goal-directed manner, which is congruent with patient care service department and hospital goals and philosophies.
Qualifications :
Current RN license to practice in Texas.
Bachelors degree in Nursing or a health related field required or an educational plan and commitment to obtain a baccalaureate degree in nursing or a health related field within 3 years.
Previous management experience preferred.
A minimum of 5 years RN experience required.
