Company Description Manufacturing facilty Job Description Position Specifications:
Manufacturing Operations Director is responsible for driving cost reductions, reducing waste, process improvements, production plans, hitting metric KPI targets, P&L and budget control, client relations and development, strategic plan development, maintaining quality, capital appropriations and new technology investments evaluation and implementation.
Position reports to the General Director.
Position Requirements :
oAt least 3 years as Plant Manager, Sr.
Operations Manager or Manufacturing Director or similar.
oLow volume Batch or custom manufacturing experience is highly desired.
Metal fabrication is desired (ie.
metal stamping, die-cut, metal bending, assembly, painting).
oMust love the manufacturing floor.
oMust have excellent presentation skills, client relations, and the ability to make presentations.
oMust have strong leadership and mentoring skills; be extremely assertive, results-oriented and highly driven.
oGood organization and follow-up skills are required.
oMust be fluent in English and Spanish.
oMust have a bachelordegree, prefer engineering.
A Masters degree is desireable.
