Maintain policy files and update records/premiums as needed, which would include verifying accuracy of invoices received by brokers.
Support underwriters in quoting and servicing accounts in an accurate and timely manner, within level of expertise, utilizing manuals, company policies, reference material, etc.

Assist in evaluation of renewals by collecting updated application information, updated loss and premium data checking exposures, values and rates, etc.

Correspond with brokers through email/phone to resolve payment discrepancies or request further coverage information.
