1K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an EH&S Specialist who can help manage risk and is quick to respond to safety matters, while stimulating cooperation, trust and motivating leaders and associates to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Are You Looking to Develop, implement, and manage environmental health and safety programs.
Participate in and coordinate activities that will help our facility stay compliant with state, federal, and internal regulations.
Work with all departments within the organization to educate and enforce safety guidelines.
Are You Ready to Coach and mentor employees on working safely and identifying areas in need of improvement.
Lead safety meetings, programs, and required testing.
Implement and continually monitor safety procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS What You'll Need 3-5 years of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of, implement safety programs or any similar combination of education and experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately, orally in writing or electronically, and manage conflict.
Ability to demonstrate character, integrity, honesty, ethical behavior, and industriousness.
Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
