Summary:
US Border Patrol is looking for successful caregivers, who will perform the duties and responsibilities for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) and Family Units (FMUA).
The caregiver shall maintain a safe environment, observing and encouraging adherence to safety rules and health guidelines.
This will include assisting with the general care of children performed at a level of quality and according to industry safety standards commensurate with those required of caregivers employed at state-licensed daycare facilities.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Not required.
Will train in the following skills:
personal care and toileting for children; basic hygiene and basic infection control; maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment; basic first aid and basic emergency procedures; understanding abuse and neglect.
Additional Certifications:
CPR Certification ( Preferred ) Medical License/Certificates:
None required.

Individuals performing under this contract shall be U.

citizens or Legal Permanent Residents.
Language Requirement:
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Physical Capability:
Shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract.
HOURS:
12 Hour shifts (3.
5 Days a week).
Day and night shifts available.
Facilities operate on a 24/7 schedule.
