The ideal candidate has great phone skills and loves talking to customers and helping them with their account needs.
To hit the ground running you'll need great phone and computer skills, great multi-tasking abilities, bilingual skills (English / Spanish) and the drive to succeed! To qualify for these positions:

You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills! You are fluent in both English and Spanish Responds to member-consumer inquiries, satisfies their complaints, and completes all tasks related to the receiving, adjusting, and correcting of member-consumer accounts Receive member consumer requests for connections, disconnections, reconnections or new services and trouble calls.
All phone calls are answered, and no message goes without a same day response! Daily follow up with exiting and new customers Help General Manager to meet montly sales goal Strategize to bring new business Work Experience Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years in retail, sales or hospitality experience emphasizing in customer service/ guest experience atmosphere.
