We are a dynamic company managing multiple ventures and require someone adept at handling accounting tasks across various entities, coordinating events, and providing personal assistant support to our executives.
Role and
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations for multiple companies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for billing, payments, and resolving financial inquiries.
- Assist in event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for corporate events or special occasions.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks across departments, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to various areas of the business.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g.
, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite.
- Previous experience in event planning or personal assistant roles is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Skills and experience with:
calendar management, customer service, managing schedules and appointments, phone etiquette.
