This is a generalist role that requires a wide range of HR knowledge and skills.
The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization by effectively managing various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and enthusiastic outlook - we are all about our people and this role requires high employee interaction at all levels of the organization - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Generalist role - Must have HR experience - Willing to be remote & travel to necessary locations - Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations - Assist in the development and implementation of affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity laws - Recommends, develops and implements programs to promote employee performance, engagement, satisfaction and retention - Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization to address HR-related inquiries and concerns - Investigates employee complaints, including complex matters, consults with leadership to make sound, timely recommendations for action and follow-through to ensure closure - Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems - Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and ensure compliance in all HR practices - Communicates with and educates assigned departments on the Company's human resources policies and procedures - Support benefit administration processes and enrollments for all employees - Utilize Paylocity or similiar software for payroll processing, timekeeping, and other HR functions - In partnership with our global talent acquisition team, this role will support the local talent acquisition process - Skills:
- Proficient in benefits administration processes and regulations - Familiarity with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels - Critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve effective solutions - Accurate data entry skills with a keen attention to detail - Thorough understanding of employment labor laws and regulations - Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar HR software for payroll processing and other HR functions - Passion for working in and managing job responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Sound like the right fit? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
