We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as Kronos, Salesforce, UltiPro, Paylocity, and Paychex - Coordinate and schedule interviews, or meetings.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, and employment verification letters - Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits - Support talent management initiatives such as employee development programs and succession planning - Assist with organization design projects and communicate changes to employees - Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the implementation of new HR policies and procedures - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Proficiency in using HR systems such as Kronos, Salesforce, UltiPro, Paylocity, and Paychex - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Knowledge of benefits administration processes - Familiarity with talent management principles and practices - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
