MEP Coordinator Qualifications


  • 2 years of commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
  • The experience can be as a Project Manager with commercial general contractor or a mechanical contractor
  • Engineering experience will also be considered
  • Engineering degree is preferred

MEP Coordinator Responsibilities / Job Description

This position will supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems Trade contractors, and vendors involved in the project. Most of the projects are commercial and higher education.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
