- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Minimum one year acute care experience in a Hospital setting - Current Texas Nursing License - Current BLS and all other appropriate certifications for position you are applying to Flexibility Nothing can match the flexibility that comes with per diem nursing.
No other position allows you to accept shifts around your schedule like per diem nursing does.
