Qualifications:
oHotel/Restaurant, Culinary experience, Food and Beverage, Kitchen Management and/or College Graduate with some industry experience or 2 years management experience in related industry oability to attract, hire, and retain employees oability to energize and motivate oability to work with staff in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives oability to influence the actions and opinions of staff in a desired direction oAssists and works with other team members (other Restaurant Managers, General Manager, and Unit Level Employees), to build and increase sales over the previous year's sales while maintaining profitability, and ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising concept integrity Hooters of America LLC is an equal opportunity employer and committed to workplace diversity.
