Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred Two (2) years of related experience in Theater preferred.
Prior technical training and management experience preferred.
General knowledge of theatrical operation required.
Certain venues require the ability to swim.
Certain venues require applicant be at least 18 years of age.
Working knowledge of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel.
Must be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service.
Must be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions.
Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the installation/remounting of new or changing show/performance product while maintaining open, clear and concise communication with internal and external departments.
Training, supervising, evaluating, coaching and developing the cast/crew in your assigned venue/area.
Administering feedback sessions and evaluations in a timely manner.
Following and maintaining training protocols and standard operating procedures in your assigned venue/area and collaborating with your Supervisor to update and develop these, as needed.
Assisting in the maintenance of team member training records.
Demonstrating consistent courtesy and professionalism in all work aspects with all team members and guests.
