Responsibilities:
General Description:
The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Lead Case Manager is responsible for coordinating Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) case management services including the management and supervision of children's services professionals.
Essential Functions:
Train and supervise assigned program personnel.
Responsible for the analysis of the nature, severity and frequency of risks.
Assist in the Continuous Quality Improvement Program (CQI) for the Agency.
Assure compliance with licensing and COA standards as well as funding requirements.
Oversee and remediate deficiencies associated with contracted services.
Assist with service expansion planning, budget preparations and long and short-term planning, as needed.
Driving required.
Additional Functions:
Perform other duties as directed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
