Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager is charged with identifying opportunities and effectively deploying marketing resources to increase new member production and member engagement across all Franchise markets.
Partners with the Regional Team leaders and Franchise to provide marketing solutions that address identified needs in company gyms.
Leads the team to provide local store marketing expertise and implementation of marketing resources and initiatives.
Major
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership, insight and direction to develop marketing strategies and solutions to drive traffic and increase engagement in each regionPartners with the Marketing team on the development of tools for local initiatives and alignment to national marketing platform.
Develops and/or leverages diagnostic tools to identify marketing needs/opportunities at the gym and market level and recommends marketing tools to drive results.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing programs/tools, effectiveness of spend, and opportunity costs associated with priorities.
Leverages learning to maximize marketing investmentResponsible for the standards of consistency for marketing material and approach with in each region.
Identifies and shares best practice marketing resultsDevelops the business case for change to insure and enable NMS and revenue growth.
Collaborates with senior Marketing team and Regional Team Member to identify opportunities that increase revenue and new members.
Acts as an advisor to the businessWorks to overcome challenges and barriersPlans, directs, oversees and manages budgets to support the delivery of local marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales to marketing activity and measure it against goals.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Involved in Chamber of Commerce of McAllen, Mission, Pharr, Edinburg and Harlingen and attend socials/ribbon cuttings on behalf of Gold's Gym RGV.
Graphic designer for all marketing materials (Monthly sell sheets, Holiday Holiday Sell Sheets, Sale promos, New Programs, Invitations, Print, Digital, Charity and Challenge Marketing etc)Event Coordinator (Anniversary, Grand Opening, Charity Events)Special Event Coordinator - Responsible for set-up of booth & distribution of marketing materials (t-shirts, samples, table cloths, banners etc)Social Media Local Involvement for ALL Valley Gyms - Post pictures from events, before/after stories etcDistribution of marketing materials i.

Challenge, Charity, Special promos and programsMarketing Representative for the Valley 1X month (Media, Photo Shoots, Video Shoots etc)Corporate Sales:
Responsible in gaining leads and meeting with new corporate accounts 1X weekWork with Marketing Director on marketing budgets and local sponsorships approvals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
College degree is required and field marketing experience.
College Degree with advanced classes preferred to include 3 years of general marketing experience.
Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication.
Must have excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings with other functional departments.
Experience should include managing the production of print and electronic material in a sales marketing environment.
Candidates must have experience handling multiple projects and developing processes for delivering marketing material in a timely manner.
Preferred candidates will have experience in project management, establishing goals/expectations for staff, setting priorities, establishing deadlines, meeting deadlines, maximizing resources and developing staff.
Candidates must have superior interpersonal, writing and computer skills.
Instantly credible as a retail marketer, with operations knowledge.
Exhibits speed to identify business problems - not too distracted by execution.
Reacts quickly and nimbly to real time sales and marketing needs.
Demonstrates a service orientation to establish rapport cross functionally and with operators to get answers to drive results.
High energy, pragmatic, risk taker, decisive but willing to change mind based on new information.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
